Beautiful tiger photographs- Sent in by Tracy
There is a place in Thailand called "The Tiger Temple, where tourist can actually cuddle with Tigers, scratch their bellies, pet them and take photos with them. These Tigers have been rescued by Monks from poachers and now live an usual life, for such wild animals. We are usually against housing wild animals of any sort but in this case, they would all be dead if the monks had not stepped in. So if you ever had the dream to snuggle up with some friendly Tigers, then this is definitely your place.

Hi,
What an amazing experience. You are so lucky to cuddle them. I love tigers and I would really love to get close to them and cuddle them up. I hope someday I could go there and share my great experience as well. For some Facebook fun tied to a feel-good cause to help dogs, check out Save a Dog: http://apps.facebook.com/save-a-dog/
Thanks for the support. More power!

Wow, that is AWESOME. I would give anything to be able to cuddle up to a tiger like that.
LMK if you come across anything about the first comment on this post about the mistreatemetn of the animals. Im curious to see if that comment was warranted or truthful.

With regards to the notorious Tiger Temple in Kanchanaburi, Thailand: following repeated complaints from tourists and volunteers working at the temple about tigers being shockingly mistreated there, Care for the Wild International (CWI) undertook an intensive two year investigation. The resulting CWI report reveals illegal wildlife trade, animal cruelty, false conservation claims and visitor safety risks at the Temple.
You can read the report at: http://www.careforthewild.com/projects.asp?detail=true&I_ID=580&mypage=Reports
